智能矿山技术架构与建设思路

摘要:

当前,全球矿业发展进入全新历史阶段,也面临着产品价格、生产成本、作业安全、从业人员等诸多挑战,发展智能化、无人化开采技术,建设智能矿山,是我国资源开发尤其是深部资源开采的必然选择。通过概述智能矿山的发展现状,总结了智能矿山的内涵,提出了两种典型智能矿山技术架构,对智能矿山建设的重点内容进行了梳理,并给出了建设思路与保障措施,为智能矿山建设提供了理论基础,对矿山进行智能化建设具有指导意义。

Abstract:

At present,the development of global mining industry has entered a new historical stage,and it also faces many challenges,such as product price,production cost,operation safety,and employees,etc.The development of intelligent and unmanned mining technology and the construction of intelligent mine are the inevitable choice for China's resource development,especially for deep resource mining.In this paper,the connotation of intelligent mine was summarized by generalizing the development status of intelligent mine,two typical intelligent mine technical frameworks were proposed,the key content of intelligent mine construction was sorted out,and construction ideas and safeguard measures were given,which provided the theoretical basis and guiding significance for intelligent mine construction.
